Series LCF ceramic desulfurization pump
LC系列陶瓷脱硫泵是在普通双相钢金属脱硫泵的基础上，结合陶瓷耐磨耐腐的特性，尤其是高氯离子的废水工况，而设计开发的全新新一代陶瓷脱硫泵。耐磨耐腐蚀，检修维护方便，互换性好，是脱硫与化工工程以及冶炼厂输送浆液的理想产品。
泵体采用球铁+碳化硅陶瓷结构，既保证了强度同时保证了耐磨和耐腐蚀的特性。
叶轮采用双相不锈钢骨架，外衬碳化硅复合陶瓷，强度高，韧性好。
后泵盖采用双相不锈钢骨架内衬陶瓷结构，既保证了机械密封的安装精度，同时也提高了后泵盖的耐磨和耐腐蚀性能。
机械密封和托架组件与LC系列脱硫泵完全互换。
叶轮根据需要可以做闭式叶轮，也可以生产切割后不同直径的叶轮，适应多种参数要求。

The pump casing adopts nodular cast iron + silicon carbide ceramic structure, which not only ensures the strength but also ensures the characteristics of anti-wear and anti-corrosive.
Impeller adopts duplex stainless steel frame, lined with silicon carbide composite ceramics, high strength, and good toughness.
The rear pump cover adopts duplex stainless steel frame lined with ceramic structure ，It not only ensures the installation accuracy of the mechanical seal, but also improves the anti-wear and anti-corrosive of the rear pump cover .
Mechanical seal and bracket components are fully interchangeable with series LC desulfurization pumps.
Impeller according to the need can be closed impeller, also can produce different diameter impeller after cutting, to adapt to a variety of parameter requirements.
